I want all my customers to be truly happy with their new pottery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me WITHIN 10 DAYS of receipt of package.
Any returns or order cancellations must be authorized first and returned items must arrive back to me in original condition (unused and in original packaging).I will refund your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
➤➤ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.We do not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages.Please understand that because the items were made just for you, CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.*This includes CUSTOM COLOR OPTIONS.
Please be aware that there are color variations with every computer monitor and the color may look different in person than the color you see on your screen. Contact me for color samples.
➤➤ INSURANCEInsurance and tracking is provided on most of my items.>>> If an item arrives damaged please contact me immediately. <<< Claims must be filed WITHIN 30 days.If you received something damaged or items are missing from a package, please hang on to the contents you received and all the associated packing materials until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later.
➤➤ Please send me a picture of the broken item as soon as possible. It is required to file an insurance claim.
